- Wrong Item Received: You received the incorrect size, color, or item due to our error.
- Lost in Transit: The package tracking shows no movement and exceeds our 30-day maximum delivery window.
Non-Refundable Situations (Safety Measures)
To keep our prices competitive, our 30-day guarantee does not cover:
- Change of mind, buyer’s remorse, or "no longer needed" requests.
- Incorrect shipping addresses entered by the customer at checkout.
- Sizing issues where the correct item size ordered was delivered.
