At Vyction, customer satisfaction is important to us. We stand behind our products with a 30-Day Delivery & Quality Guarantee for eligible order issues.

Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

30-Day Delivery & Quality Guarantee

You may contact us within 30 days of delivery if your order has an eligible issue.

Eligible issues include:

Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged, broken, or does not function properly, please contact us with clear photo or video proof.

Wrong Item Received
If you receive the wrong product, color, size, or variant due to our error, please contact us so we can help correct the issue.

Lost in Transit
If your package tracking shows no movement and exceeds our maximum delivery timeframe, your order may qualify for a refund or replacement after review.

Return Eligibility

We accept return or refund requests for defective, damaged, incorrect, or lost-in-transit orders that meet the requirements of this policy.

We do not accept general returns or exchanges for:

Change of mind
Buyer’s remorse
No longer needed items
Incorrect shipping addresses entered by the customer
Orders refused at delivery
Products damaged after delivery due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear
Sizing issues where the correct item ordered was delivered

All refund or replacement requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

Product Condition

To qualify for review, items must be new or in the condition they were received. If a product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please keep the item and original packaging until our support team provides instructions.

Return Process

To start a return or refund request, contact us at support@vyction.com with:

Your order number
The email address used at checkout
A short description of the issue
Clear photo or video proof when applicable

Please do not send any products back to the sender address shown on the package. Returns must be approved by our support team before anything is mailed back.

If a physical return is required, we will provide step-by-step return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for any approved return that requires mailing.

Return Labels

Vyction does not provide prepaid return labels unless otherwise stated by our support team. If a return is required, the customer is responsible for downloading, printing, and paying for the return shipment.

Restocking Fees

Vyction does not charge restocking fees.

Refunds

Once your request is reviewed and approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after approval. Your bank, credit card provider, or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our error.

Replacements

In some cases, we may offer a free replacement instead of a refund. Replacements may be offered for damaged, defective, incorrect, or lost-in-transit orders that meet the requirements of this policy.

Exchanges and Replacements

We do not offer general product exchanges for change of mind, buyer’s remorse, sizing preferences, or no longer needed items.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or qualifies as lost in transit under this policy, we may offer a replacement or refund after review.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before they are processed or shipped. If your order has already been processed, fulfilled, or shipped, we may not be able to cancel it.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

Change of mind or buyer’s remorse
Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
Orders marked delivered by the carrier when the shipping address was entered correctly
Items damaged after delivery due to misuse or improper handling
Requests submitted more than 30 days after delivery
Products returned without prior approval from our support team
